Part time position, 20-24 hrs per week with the possibility of going full time.

Small, growth oriented financial firm is looking for a professional, dependable Office Assistant.  Our services are founded on the values of family, hard work and integrity. We consult individuals and families on a wide range of financial products and services.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the established administrative skills associated with the position of Office Assistant. This person will want to play an active role in reinforcing company values with our clients and vendors. Someone with the ability to learn and adapt quickly, punctual, has positive attitude, looking to stay in a company long term and who will want to expand his/her role and influence as the firm grows.

This position requires a professional demeanor, excellent writing, customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone. Must be able to work independently, be detail-oriented, well organized, and flexible.


  • Interact directly with clients either by telephone or electronically
  • Follow instructions well, be coachable and able to make decisions
  • Review incoming and outgoing documentation & ensure follow-through
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive issues and documents
  • Proactively anticipate work assignments whenever possible and work independently
  • Data entry and maintenance of CRM (Client Relationship Management) Software, proficient with MS Office and the ability to learn other office computer programs.
  • Assist in other related duties as assigned

Marketing or paralegal experience is a plus!
